Strategic investors for three of the companies of the 'International Railway Systems' group

The official receiver of ;amp;amp;#34;Astra Vagoane Arad;amp;amp;#34;, ;amp;amp;#34;Romvag;amp;amp;#34; and ;amp;amp;#34;Meva;amp;amp;#34;, companies which are part of the ;amp;amp;#34;International Railway Systems;amp;amp;#34; (IRS) group, is looking for investors, to allow the successful reorganization of the three companies, which became insolvent last year and have dire need of cash.
